USD Welcomes New Erbert & Gerbert's Sandwich Shop

Erbert & Gerbert's Sandwich Shop will open its doors Jan. 7 at the University of South Dakota's Muenster University Center.
With more than 90 locations operating in 16 states, Erbert & Gerbert's is on track to becoming one of the fastest-growing sandwich chains in the U.S. They were recently named among the Top 200 Restaurant Franchises by Entrepreneur Magazine.
"We couldn't be happier to welcome the University of South Dakota to the Erbert & Gerbert's family," said Eric Wolfe, CEO of Erbert & Gerbert's. This location will be operated by Aramark Campus Dining."
"The student body will now get a new dining option in the Muenster University Center," said Adam Chicoine, Aramark senior food service director. "Erbert & Gerbert's is a great fit and offers delicious, fresh sandwich and soup options."
Hours for the Muenster University Center location will be Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. -- 7 p.m. and Fridays 11 a.m. -- 4 p.m.
